This is my maternal grandfather. I want to make this up into a painting one day. There is a similar panting of his own father in the hall and this would be nice to match it. I had my great-grandfather's portrait in mind when I drew this. My grandfather is a very clever man and he has a smashing sense of humour, both of which I wanted to depict in this drawing.
